Just opened a S7 Aztec Warrior and to my horror the spear is missing. aargh. How to claim for missing parts?

I picit picit, can feel the headgear, then the shield but where is the spear ? so open and confirmed spear missing.

I will choose 4438 but I suspect my 6 y.o son will choose 4441 or both....lol

I find Santa is the most difficult among all. because the bag may be confused with headgears. I think easist is to target the beard piece.

My cousin works in radio station and I think he was invited but he knows me and my son are Lego fans, so he gave us the gift box, maybe he kept the keychain.

@Chaud, actually just S1-S7. Photo taken before I opened my S8 2 hours ago.

My 1st complete set was S5 which I won on eBay for about rm 130. I bought my S1 n S2 about a year ago on eBay for about rm500, I think it is more expensive now. Have been keeping s1 n s2 sealed until 2 weeks ago where I open them all when I have bought enough of Daiso cases. Intend to build a shallow shadow box and display all in single file by series but undecided on the material to use and also how to affix figure stand or base plate. I don't see many on eBay these days compare to a year ago where there some reasonable deals from hong kong.

If I do come along any good deals, will inform you.
