In games, I'm all for making a theory how things work and then trying to prove them, but this is just so ridiculously "out there"

That is Room Server Ip,Actually Bliz has few hundred of room server in different ip,when we in game then will assign a room for us,And Bliz set up a every room with different difficult and different scene. Thats the few high drop rate ip below .Lets test now.
Make easily to you all view your room port by the script

Simply Create a text file

Copy and Paste inside the file


Now save as RoomPort.bat
And then run it.

I cleared over 15 elite packs in ACT2 and then ZK and Belial on 76:1119 with 190%MF+75% from NV but didn't get any legendary and still got same old rare junks.

Just cleared ACT2 again with the same MF on 186:1119 but got 2 legendaries.

I clear 9 elite packs in ACT1 then butcher on 82:1119 with 272MF%+75% NV, only 6x lv63 rare only. But most of them are 6 affixes.

Diff room i get diff affix for those elite but drop hmmmm i don think any diff all npc.
