Hi guys, any recommendations for me?

Type of usage: music, gaming
- File format: mp3?
- Music genre: house, pops, raps, jazz, dubstep ( almost every genre except metal stuff)
- Budget: 200-250
- Headphone/ earphone type: OVER HEAD HEADPHONES only please ( i hate on ear and in ear)
- Other requirements (if any): no skull candy, no beats.

im just using it in my house. so doesnt matter if it is portable or fancy or not. and i like headphones with decent bass too. not necessarily awesome bass, just not too shitty. that would be enough
