Which is better for noise isolation? (for wife):
1) ATH-M50
2) HD280Pro

Budget, around 700 or less (less is better!)

For myself, i don't care about noise isolation, just want good headphones for music like AC-DC, Travis, Pink Floyd, Beatles, RHCP

Budget: 600 or less

Is this good for this requirement?: HD 518

Thanks for recommendation from all sifus! Well, i have nailed down my decision that i'm doing decision between these two:

a)Audio Technica SJ55 Headphone + Hippo Pipe Amplifier + Sereno Copper IC Cable

or

b)Audio Technica WS55 [paired with my current Fiio E3]

Which is a wiser choice? Please give me your precious suggestion and opinion. THANKS

Rig: Laptop (Lenovo Y580), Galaxy S2
Usage: Gaming (RTS mostly), Music, Watching YouTube videos, dramas, variety shows, Skype
File Format: FLAC

Budget: RM300-400+? Budget can increase if it has performance much more worth its price, aiming for best bang for bucks
Headphone/earphone type: Still thinking which one would be more suitable and comfortable for long hours usage, staying in a hostel, need to keep the volume low
Other requirements: Will be pairing up with an external DAC which will be suitable for Aktimate Mini as well, suggestion will be appreciated

mp3 mostly will lose the top ends and the lower ends of the spectrum, and some are very obvious despite the 320kbps EAC copy
