Is Audio-Technica ATH-CK313iS compatible with Samsung Galaxy SIIG? Could the mic and remote control button function properly when i use it on an android phone?

How does Audio-Technica ATH-CK313iS compare to Beyerdynamic XP3 in terms of clarity, mid and high?
*
Do note that the volume control of the above is an analogue slider control and not a digital (remote controlling the actual phone's volume function) nod.gif

Which is better for noise isolation? (for wife):
1) ATH-M50
2) HD280Pro

Budget, around 700 or less (less is better!)

For myself, i don't care about noise isolation, just want good headphones for music like AC-DC, Travis, Pink Floyd, Beatles, RHCP

Budget: 600 or less

Is this good for this requirement?: HD 518

Sound wise, there is no difference between the Beatport edition with the standard TMA-1. You can audition the legendary AiAiAi TMA-1 at the following stores:

off Jalan Imbi: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Excessive-Records/153490018933

LowYar Plaza: http://www.facebook.com/tlcmy

You need to be specific if you are looking for a headset (earphones with mic). What works on iDevices does not necessary works on Android or BB. Even within Android, not a single headset will work with all Android phones.

So what phone exactly do you need the headset for hmm.gif

My rig: my Android phone (with Dolby Mobile and SRS enhancement)
What type of usage: mostly music
File format used in your source: mostly mp3, but sometimes flac
Genre of music you listen to: pop, classical
Headphone/earphone type: IEM
Other requirements: Nice or exceptional clarity, with a bit of bass if possible
Budget: RM400 or less

I normally love listening with a lot of bass, but this time I'm trying to go for an IEM that has a nice mixture of both clarity and bass.

One option I am considering is the UE600. I didn't have much time to research and try out different IEMs,

Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!  smile.gif
