- Mp3 player (Sony Walkman 2GB, Sansa Fuze+, Transcend MP870, HTC Wildfire S, Samsung Ace)
- Music only
- MP3, Flac
- R&B, Pop, Jazz, Rock, a bit of classical (e.g. games OST)
- Prefer circumaural or on-ear and portable
- Budget about RM300-400
- Need isolation and no amps (rides in LRT)
- Prefers good bass but not overwhelming

Currently having ATH-SJ33 and other entry levels.

Looking at Beyerdynamics dt231Pro, Koss Portapro, Alessandro MS1i or any other recommendations that can better the SJ33.

Thanks for the recommendations, gshoppe85, E1 - AKG and nicholostan. I'll look them up.

Just curious, do they all work with the latest iPod Shuffle? 4th gen, I think?
