they do the crimes not because of polis didnt ronda.. but they do it because they know, the victims never take any preventive measurements if such thing happen to themselves.

like for an instance, install car mobilizer, keep staying in the car until an authority approaches the area of accident if there are suspicious activities around you.

Maybe previously, we Malaysian thinks that everywhere we go, we have a protective shields that blanket us from such crime. But guess what, we are not invincible. Prevent is better than cure.
