1) full tank Rm 85 - total mileage only hits 410km.. = Normal ??
2) radio reception is poor and not stable = any1 experience the same thing?

WOW BRO YOUR 2.0 REALLY GOOD TO U..MINE NOT SO GD FC LE...BUT MINE 90% CITY & 10% GO UP & DOWN HILL...MINE BOUT 300KM + (50KM IN DTE) FOR RM80-85....

1) nothing much to do about it, does it happen in hot weather? if yes, it is due to plastic expanding when you on the air-cond, quite common problem for some car, eg: altis. i tried stick some pad into the plastic gap, improved a lot but cannot be eliminated. or just let sc operate it.

5) yup, quite noisy and the rubber feel hard. i changed to continental mc5 recently, which is entry tyre only, but at least 30% improvement over comfort and noise over our stock tyre. i believe higher end tyre will give better result.

i agree with you. IMO, the reading on the panel is for reference. you can't be too obsessed with the FC reading. why don't you compare FC with the 'distance to empty'? at the end of the day, it's the driver's style of driving that determines the overall performance of the car. be it you choose to change your rims or to do any modifications. you bought this car for a reason and i believe, FC is one of it. so, enjoy every moment of it

Run 70% City / 30% Highway - FC is 10litres/100KM

when i travel to work (village+town) full tank can go 530-550km
now, (totally town) full tank can go 400-450km

both DTE left 80-100km

Chilled out bro. Everyone love our Forte. Anyway I dont see any big difference between 10 or 11 / 100km. I used to look at the instant bar and maintain at between 10L but end up ma get extra 20-30km. Not so obvious. Now I dont care anytime wanna rush just step the pedal and what I've got was 10.5L/100 and 20km lesser only....
So far I can get around 450KM full tank with ODO <100

Yeah. Bright Silver is a very nice color 

white was my first choice, for months been thinking about it but in the end i bought bright silver (some call it diamod silver). 1st is because i have busy schedule so can't wash frequent enough (unable to drop for wash too). 2nd is because white is too common. 3rd, white requires higher paint maintaince cost and lastly, for me, white is too "pretty" (anyone else feel that way??)
why turn off passanger side airbag, you won't know when you will get involved in an accident, don't leave life to chance just to save some money. but just out of curiousity, is the turn off switch is the 'off/on' type? whereby you can turn on the side airbag when you have a side passanger?
yes, airbag is not safe for baby/children who are seated in child seat with the type that has the baby facing the seat. it is published in the car owner's manual. please have a read.
wah boss, just got my car 2 weeks ago, can i be eligible for the free service too?? and that time the interest rate was higher too, any discount or freebies to offset ??

my 2 weeks old bright silver baby got hit recently by a teenage kid on car. there is a huge ugly sight on the left hand side at the back of the car. unluckily, it is noticeable from space. but nearby you can see clearer. tried to cover with canvas, cannot remove it. use finger to feel it, can feel something cutting my heart deep deep.

for my case, bumper broken, reverse sensor broken, trunk lid damaged, side body dented, brake and signal lights broken. estimate 6k repair. to claim third party succesfully have to wait two weeks for 'keputusan kes' from traffic police. i haven't even pop my car virginity (1k km), already like this.
bro, have you consider using 'scratch remover' or the 'same colour scratch refill pen'. i think you can find the info in lyn, if not head over to myforteclub. doesn't cost you much...

i heard these:
1) my friend's friend send his for SG. after few months, he got scratch n send the car there again. they fix it n foc.
2) heard scratch removal pen is not good enough and touch up pen is better. besides that, u can send ur car to workshop n ask for experience. they might do something like touch up to fix it.
