maybe 10~15K for the 1st & 2nd year.
3rd year will be less than that and averaging at 5K per year from 5th year onwards

it all depends on demand & supply bro.
what i know, 2 frens who sold forte even with high interest from bank few years back, no need to pay the difference between loan balance & market value. consider good right for 3 years old forte?

another fren already asked to trade in her 2010 ex. only need to topup 1K the differences.
her loan is full loan mean no deposit (9 years loan).

not sure my other 2 fren who sold earlier
