and yet you don't see people post SOOC at camera/DSLR gallery for the sake of showing the capability of different camera. people really missed the point of why manufacturer try to put nice camera in your phone.

and people still don't get the point, this pp vs SOOC topic went on and on not because to debate which one is better, it's simply someone with such huge ego tha deep down in his heart, he's looking down at those who edit photo. simple as that.

you know, sometimes people wanna know how's the camera performance on each phone, YES phones, please put DSLR out of this topic once and for all. That's the main usage of this thread actually, it does for me at least.

did i feel guilty? sorry nope, not at all bro. like i said, i respect aspire's opinion regarding unedited photo that's why i never post any PP pictures here, YES i mean HERE bro, not on other thread. I am free to post PP picture on other thread but like i said people usually came in this topic to see a certain phone's camera performance. Like me before this i love to follow this thread because of the lovely pictures taken by aspire with his N8, almost bought it for myself. lol. So basically this thread would give people idea on how does the camera perform rather than go to specific thread and ask for opinion, u know sometimes peoples are too lazy to entertain "hows the camera performance of this phone..." they'll just say it's ok, average, but here u get to see it to believe it.

YES bro, thats the power of windows phone, i admit it, i have used lumia 710 before, i love taking picture with it, its just 5MP but its damn nice! i wanted to buy Lumia 800 but i kinda dont like windows phone, im more of apps person, thats why i sacrifice a bit in terms of camera and i get 4s, to me 4s is OK, the camera looks natural compared with daniel's lumia 800 it's good in terms of vibrance color, it give vivid images. he still use lumia 800 right? only u change to 808? 808 is a beast bro! i never got a chance to play with it yet. i would love to try it.

the colours for lumia 800 is very vibrant. maybe a bit unnatural, but the resulting pics look stunning, no need to edit.

nokia 808 colours more natural, it doesnt enhance the colours. pics doesnt look very stunning, but colours are more accurate. i believe the 808 can take excellent pictures, but not by my hands. hahaha. i wonder if daniel upgrade to 808, how his photos turn out

Editing is like putting spices into your cooking, add in the right spices that blends well together and not overdo it and you might get a delicious dish

YUP agreed. 808 provide natural color with 0.01% noise. Thats what i like about it, like i said if only it use iOS. haha. ask daniel to upgrade lo! join 808 camp!

someone should change the title to "show off your phone camera's ability, no edited photo allowed". boy, what a boring thread. maybe that's why so many members browsing mobile phone section yet only a few post photos, not like how it used to be.


hmm i was looking at those edited version on my iPad with low brightness, now view on my macbook and they look a little over saturated.

yup, i do agree on aspire's terms, but.. at the same time i also blame aspire for mocking people who edit their picture. I admit that's aspire's fault. I do notice that in the past previous posts. He shouldn't do that. Well, from now on lets just be casual shall we? edited or unedited, doesn't matter. As long as it keeps this thread alive. Full of pictures of course, not wall of text.

Haha yeap over saturated i put all to max, and im editing on my laptop, usually editing on my desktop to get more correct tones and exposure. laptop using noob panel. that's just example really. just ignore all those pictures. hehe.

Middle one definitely better than the original though contrast can lower a bit 3rd one is too saturated and too much contrast.
