Guys, this afternoon when I was passing by the old klang road.. I noticed there is a aes in front of pearl point.. When the moment I turn to the right the traffic light was showing yellow but eventually it turns red when I crossing half way.. Aes no flash light, does it indicate no summon issue to me or due to day time, no flash light needed but it will still works?

i just received a summon for speeding. camera location caught was at km 305.4 NSE Southbound.

I believe this is a new camera. based on the coordinates given, my best guess is the camera shud be near the overhead bridge just after the starbucks drivethru before UPM exit. speed limit 90
