i'm using unifi vip5, last saturday i'm playing A4 inferno on the way to izual & diablo and the line is also lagged like "inferno"

i checked my modem router and found my ip range is 175.xxx. i recalled there are forumers shared on unifi ip range before - lagged when playing D3 . i disconnected and reconnected the line and i get ip range 210.xxx.
guess what? when i re-login to D3, i manage to get green bar 300ms+ and i had beaten inferno izual & diablo after that
i haven't shutdown my modem till now.

if u r using unifi and u had same prob, maybe u can check ur ip range and try to reconnect until u get 210.xxx, it worked for me
