Yups. It's true. I want to find sleeving and heatshrink but don't know which shop got sell it.

the name of the shop do no but it the last shop on your left side of jalan pasat got a lot of heatshrink but no sleeving. different size also.

jln pasar closed today..sigh...almost all the electronic shops closed.

almost all...not all...i actually went there today.. got muh self 2 multimeters, a trailing socket, 2 3-gang plug and some cable holder thingies. and also a 40mm fan basically i got everything i was looking for la. spent 84 bux there today... heh

Got. Monorail u must stop at Berjaya Times Square but if Star LRT can stop at Pudu Station.

So i can just walk there from timesquare...? will it take long...

It will take around 20-25 minutes if u walk from Berjaya times Square.

why not just get the vantec ones? or can also get from uglyvamp? i know jln pasar is cheaper (if it really has la) ... but wouldnt it be easier?

That's great idea but got certainly main factor i'm didn't do it because:-

1.Vantec Sleeving Kit - expensive
2.Uglyvamp - cheaper but seldom online.

thers a shop in d row in front o d car's accessories shop sellin it..how to put it simpler ah, hmm..d prob s i dun kno d shop name, as if i care..
it's towards d end of d row if ure comin from asiapark..plenty of basic colors..black, clear, blue, yellow etc...n i tink d price is ok too..

Guess it's harder 2 get sleeves than heatshrinks. Mebe coz the demand @ dis shops is just for the heatshrinks. Here in Penang also same.

FYI, I just COD Vantec Sleeving Kit and Molex Kit with removal tool from 8balls last night. You can PM him to check. Also got component covers (cover un-used PCI slots those stuffs).

But we need a cheaper.

i dont think theres sleeves in jln pasar la... heatshrinks confirm got la coz thats actually used for electronics..but then again i might be wrong about the sleeves of course.

to secure the end of each sleeve. It will shrink when the heat is applied, hence the name. So then it can cover and grip the sleeve mesh tips .. the bulu-bulu one.

Vantec sleeves 1 set got 4 sizes. Some size may not be used at all. And the most used size is not enaugh to sleeve whole PSU. So it's better to buy that 1 particular size in 1 roll better.

I found a few shop sell heat shrink and mostly those heat shrink is in black only with size. Those color heat srink.... hard to find in jalan pasar.

Black sleeving also hard to find at jalan pasar? Im on my way to learn cable sleeving..not worth if i start with Vantec etc kit

I think just heatshrink easy to find at Jalan Pasar but sleeving very hard. Ya, for beginner, i think Vantec sleeving kits more expensive.
