The customs project should be a big potential but it has been a really long time since Smartag announced that project. Has it been more than one year since they first announce that project?
Also, getting a project or a contract is one thing. Delivery and turning that project into money is another thing and this is something Smartag have not delivered yet.
Right now, I guess everyone has jumped the gun. the early bird play has not work. Maybe it would have been a smarter play to wait till Smartag deliver its first earnings from the project.
Anyway, what's the holdup for Smartag? Why is it taking so long for Smartag to deliver this project?
