ya, all depends on parents one. just graduated already got parents bought them new car. And the youngsters who earn 2-3k a month can change smartphone yearly and buy ipad, can afford go coffee bean few times a week. And many of them expect the first installment of their first house to be paid by their parents as well. It's expected, if parents did not buy, they even not happy.

I just checked its historical EPS, i guess you are right. 
1Q EPS last year had a big gap at 4.8sen while quarters before it were 0.3-1.15sen.
Past 4 quarters EPS were 1.27, 1.4, 3.84, 2.74 sen. That's more than double of past EPS (exclusive of that sudden jump of 4.8sen quarter).
I guess E&O has a more volatile income. Not as steady as some others such as Mahsing and Huayang since past 2 years.
In this case, maybe my wet dream of its share price falling big time will be hard to achieve. 
Consider current valuation (PE or RNAV), it is consider one of the most expensive properties stock. So its valuation now still highly related to its huge Penang's landbanks....feels like a wet dream valuation situation. So Sime believes in this wet dream, while many don't. Who's right? We never know. Only time will tell.

Single storey landed is sufficient actually, but there is not much of single storey landed. An apartment for over 1000 sq ft can be found in KL for less than RM300k, but people nowadays want luxury lifestyle, facilities is a must for them, but every month need to pay management fee, that's why i don't like condo

I think not a good idea loh. I'll feel pressure to expose that since I afraid blind followers and that's risky since I'm just a newbie. 
Anyway, if you ask me one or two stocks i got or not, then no problem, i can tell straight away.
