Simple mistake. You can't use the same ID over again inside a same page. ID need to be define once only. If you need to use it over again set is as class instead.

Hmm? You must've added more images after validating, you need the alt attribute for every image (helps make your website more accesible if images are turned off, screen readers etc.)
