Bro, possible to bring in BiPlast 20? If yes, how much is the price?

Another question, I already have 1 layer STP silver on my doors. If I use SPL04 on the water shield plastic sheet, would I achieve better sound insulation than using STP Silver for second layer (this is what most accessories shop outside doing)?
