Exactly.. I believe with scenaria selling price as benchmark, the developer won price it below RM700K.. It should be slightly lower than UOA I believe..

True, last weekend I have visited sales gallery, they gave 15% discount and cheapest is 800k onwards after discount.

Plus point, the flyover building at the junction to dutamas is connected direct to duke highway. This plan can be seen in sales gallery.. Accessibility will be great

I have just check with my bank, UOA still not yet bill them. I have also went to the site and they already doing the earth work for condo.. It could be they delay in billing the bank to save interest.. Once bank release money to them will definitely chase them.. U guys have check with bank that loan already release to UOA?
