Went to the show gallery, only one sales exec there.
Still got a lot of units available. I think is Block A.
But out of the 30+ floors, only about 10 open for sale, the rest according to the sales exec, the management is negotiating with bulk buyer. Don't know true or not.
A unit on 27th floor about 830k after 15% discount.
To me it's a development that has no wow factor but I would buy if I can't find anything attractive in the next one month.
