1. You can only use .iptheme file to apply into the Iconpackager unless you use the IconDeveloper to create a .iptheme and .icl files base on the icons you downloaded.
4. What version of Iconpackager you are using at? mostly of the themes now support only up Iconpackager v3 so if your version is lower than 3. You can't use the icon themes. |
