go to page 4 (Advanced)
press 1st 'Setting'
select 'Best appearance' or Custom - tick the second last item

use it with a dock (rk launcher, objectdock, rocketdock)

or if you convert it to .ico format, you can use it to replace the icon on the desktop/shortcuts
