Don't you think it is your responsibility to settle it with your buyer and chasing your seller should be a separate issue? Basically, it sounds like the first seller salvator (dunno if he is the owner) sold it off knowing it was screwed up, you bought it and realised it too, then tried to manipulate another buyer into buying it.
