whats the difference with e warranty compared to the usual warranty which i can walk into samsung center and get my phone part change for free?

my warranty is valid till somewhere in december this month :/

recently i change my motherboard and they claim there is watermark unknown water or liquid damage so i had to pay rm500 to get the motherboard change which is stupid sigh.
