Ah okay so there shouldn't be any problem at the center yea? Yea mang the initial plan was to register through your friend but I guess I was too late haha. Tough luck

Honestly I've no idea. Bought from a forumer on new years eve. He told me that it's a new unit from rma with maxis and the previous phone was about 2 months old. Checked the imei of the older (broken unit) from the box and that one has warranty until 7/10/2017. Checked the imei of my phone and it's unregistered.

ouch but in cases like this, they should be following back the old phone warranty period
