I had the same problem. Give it a few discharge cycles and monitor your usage for about a week. Use BetterBatteryStats to observe unusual wakelocks. Monitor your recently downloaded apps. Rogue apps are usually the culprits which cause prolonged awake times supposedly during deep sleep operation. I downloaded a clock widget one night. Uninstalled it and all was good.Don't worry about the cell standby reporting a large percentage. It's just an error in the reported value. Do a Google search and you'll see why.
