My s3 status there show 'modified', and I only done root without touching other things. I if wan claim warranty can with such status.?

so they din't even bother to check modified o not ? any just do warranty claim ?

I forgot that update through OTA will lost root function need to re-root

one thing notice different is after fully charge it will not drop to 99% after u on the phone , I was surprise
to see the battery still 100% even though standby for about 2 hrs plus .

and to clear out fog about the 'latest firmware' which is

Guys my s3 have this problem that when the screen when to standby, and and when u press the power switch the screen will on immediately. But mine will like wait 1 to 2 sec after pressing the power button only the screen will be on, and I tested this with my sister s3, mine really slow in turning on. Will wipe data and factory reset solve the problem or I need to do so something else

If I decide to restore the s3 status back to like new, just boot back to Cwm recovery and press 'wipe data /factory reset',?
Do I need to wipe cache also? What does it do actually?
