It could be the your notebook card reader problem with micro SDXC.
Seems like format with phone is the fix...

I wonder how this "Force Stop" will affect stability? It should only be safer to do this for the other applications that you install right?Not the key ones from Samsung/Google? I suppose the key ones will just restart itself?
I have done this myself for those apps which have some sort of push ads and/or notifications; but don't really notice any difference; maybe coz I only have a few of those type of apps. (In fact any games which have services in the running list - I just uninstall it!)
