I bought 3 cigarettes lighter extension with 1 usb port at brothers. when plug in to phone, indication showing charging but no charge going in. after that connect ti home charger and no charge is going in. it works well with home charger only after restarting the phone

My phone everythIng on stock.
Yesterday updated the fIrmware to XXBLG1.
For the 1st time my phone automatically rebooted. Anyone experience this?
