These days while using some apps suddenly it will shut off and come to the home screen. Or sometimes it will hang.

So planning to factory reset the phone. I have already back up with kies . So my questions here once reset , then I store back all data using kies. Will application store back or need to download again ?

Mostly are the stock apps. Esp internet and s memo. . Even facebook in the phone crashed for once. But i rarely use the facebook apps instead.

how come that whenever i conenected to kies it doesnt prompt me the firmware update??

yday supposingly have new update but i postponed then now tried connect to kies, but it doesnt prompt me to update firmware. may i know what is the new firmware?
