Anyone remember about the dead pixel on S3? can claim from service centre or not?

I mean the black dot when you view a black colour at dark room. I just found out that my S3 had 1 big black spot and few small black spot.

Then the screen can see straight white color light beam from the 2 soft key at the bottom to the middle of the screen.

Can claim warranty?
