A question. Will the white backlight at the meter combi be lit on during day time drive?

It quite hard to read the speedo during day time.

Guys,

1. Just installed cabin filter (from the bulk here) this afternoon. I noticed soft whistling sound coming from the blower when I switch on the air-con to 1. Switch to 2, whistling sound gets louder and switch to 3, blower sound covers the whistling sound. Curious, so I took out the cabin filter and switch on the air-con again. Surprisingly, no whistling sound at all at air-con knob 1, 2 or 3. Anyone got such whistling sound after installing cabin filter?

2. For rust-proofing wheel arch area. Will it void warranty if I apply bitumen spray for front and rear?

So it seems like it's normal to have the soft whistling sound after installing the cabin filter.

Guys,

Wanna ask something about playing MP3 songs from USB. Let's say the last song in a folder finish playing, will it play the 1st song in the next folder? I tried mine and it plays the 1st song in the same folder; doesn't jump to the next folder.

Why ah?

it will automatically continue the 1st track of next folder itself...
BUT... if you finish that last song and pressed NEXT button, it will consider loop back to the first song of SAME folder...
*
Ooo... That's the behavior. Let me try later to finish the last song and not to press the next button.

after you try that, please report back to confirm us  flex.gif

GGM, what u said is indeed correct. Dun press the next button for the last song in a folder if you want to play the 1st song in the next folder. Pressing the next button will loop to the 1st song in the same folder.

Brought a unit of ABL from Mudah seller (located in Johor). Very easy to install. Done it yesterday.

1. Uncover the boot insulator (LHS rear lamp) and u will see a controller box below the rear lap assembly.
2. At the bottom of the controller box, there are 2 sockets. Unplug the long socket.
3. Plug the original socket to the ABL and the socket from ABL to the controller box.
4. Now unplug the white socket from the rear lamp assembly. Find the yellow/green wire at the socket (it should be below or above a black wire, depending on which direction u look at it). This is the brake positive wire.
5. Connect the green/yellow wire from the ABL to this green/yellow wire of the socket.
6. Plug back the socket to the the rear lamp assembly.
7. Test and cover back the boot insulator.
8. Done.
