Hi all,

Does anyone noticed or heard a very soft sound from the engine bay after the engine is off and the fan also off?

Went home from about 20 minutes drive, parked the car, locked the car, the fan continue spinning to cool the engine down. Then I come back to the car at around 10 to 15 minutes later, the fan already stopped, I disarmed the alarm, open the engine booth cover, I can hear a very soft sound, something like a static or similar sound that we also can heard from old electronic component vibrating. Not as exaggerate as fluorescent light's ballast vibrating, but very light "bzzzzzzzz....." type of sound. Hard to describe    maybe similar to old capacitor's sound?

Is that the sound of coolant still circulating? Are there any electric motor still working? All turbo kit have this sound? Anyway, the sound totally disappeared when I check back about 20 or 30 minutes later.

I noticed this since last Sunday, until today I put my ear near to the front grill and I hear it again. 

Not meant to worrying anything, but just curious which component still working after we stopped the engine.

For those who felt the steering vibrate a lots when you braked, you need to have your disc rotor skimmed.

That solves my problem.

i did all 4 door last 2 weeks... this week long holiday i will have finish all up. roof, floor, firewall, fender, boot and bonnet.

so estimated whole car will add up at least 12KG

u should check the aircon  filter to filter those dust and oil base micro substances inside your car... its located inside the front passenger side. take out the drawer then u should be able to find it.. its a like a tray. take it out and put in 1 or 2 piece of active carbonized paper in should solve yours problem.

sad to tell u that preve is too new to find a suitable filter. but again.. i found the exora bold filter almost the same size like the preve one.. maybe u can try the exora bold aircon filter.

i use this for front speaker.

HD SPeakers 6.25" - 6.75"
behind i forgot which one i use... have to check back receipt.

can use activated carbor paper to cover first like me mah.
original one is about 4" 4 speaker.. 2 front. 2 behind at the rear dashboard. aftermarket speaker can go in.. but have to really measure first..
