i think we miss something here..

not sure it will help but make sure all radio and air cond turn off bfore u power off car... the next day try the steps that i provided last time. till now no kreek kreek sound for my car. i only encounter it three times to date. i think is over cranking sound..two times is before the cranking finish i take off my leg from the brake pedal that cause the hard kreeek kreek sound.

put in key fob.
press push start once.
press push start again once.. (can see all the indicator lights) wait till most of the indicator light gone.. within 2 or 3 seconds)
press the brake pedal once...(dont need several times cause it will get harden)
when you see got green light at the push start. push again the button.
you should hear a 1.5 to 2 seconds of cranking sound...
(i usually take off my foot from brake pedal after the cranking sound finish.)
Early batch 1070 chassis number here. i don't know other version have OWV or cranking sound problem or not during cold start.. but at least i just try to have some experiment here and there to make sure everyone try to eliminate the over cranking sound or the OWV sound. if you guys notice..

Exora CFE OWV sound is a little bit different.. with preve OWV sound.

for fuel consumption now is getting 9.7l/ 100km. around 490 ~ 500+ km 50km remaining before finish tank for rm85 full tank.

Initially is 10.8, 10.6, 10.2, 10.0, 9.8 getting lower week by weeks.... not yet go travel far far outstation. hope can get 9.5l/ 100km.

I usually travel around 80~90kmph usually 60% highway 40% city. going for my 5k service this Thursday at COE. I got fuelly record but not always update...bit lazy person..

plus minus almost the same. with normal ron 95 travelling speed around 80~90kmph will get around 480~500km per full tank of RM85

for ron 97 around 510 ~ 520km but better power. same speed it will be around RM115 full tank.

if you say just first 1000km service i think other nearby your area should be able to perform that...if not mistaken setapak got 3S center for proton..can go there for the 1000km service.. but if you got other complain or others things that you need to change. can go COSE. but make sure you took half day...or one full day...make sure you call cose make appointment on early 8am. reach there 7.30am give to reception register early. then most likely if one service 1 hours ++ will be able to make it...if got problem complain...take longer time. try to make your appointment not on the friday...cause friday got prayer...you will lose 2 and half hours there waiting... 12 ~ 2.30 or 2.45 they resume operation.

70% highway 30% city. usually speed will be 85~95kmph on highway. sometimes only reach 110kmph when overtake. looks like yours is one of the few cars that can achieve 8. something litres/100km

you most of the time travel 120kmph or 150 kmph? using S mode or D mode? me all D mode.
are u using CFE version or manual?
