Part of the sluggish reason is before the clutch will fully release while when u step on brake. ( not sure how much u step). When u release the brake, it will take some time to engage the gear.

When u on d mode, after 1-2 second u release ur brake without pressing pedal, u will feel ur rpm increase from around 0.6 to 0.8, at this time u press the pedal, ur car will pick up instantly.

Correct me if I m wrong..

Yep, no matter what you still need to wait for the clutch to close, regardless of D or S.

So can I say it is nothing to do rpm or turbo lag? More like a cvt lag

normal.

Only when the rear doors and trunk isn't closed properly, the honk will sound twice.

Alright. So now i only left with the HU SD slot problem, and also the "aeroplane sound" become extremely annoying when engine noise reduced lots.

the aeroplane noise will gradually gets softer when the CVT is given a few thousand km of run ins.

ur HU apa problem?
*
After using liqui moly + ceratec +revo, engine become very quiet(no more lorry pick up) n the aeroplane noise is now enlarged.

My HU failed to get SD card, so nav, map, n traffic not working. Went to COSE yesterday to solve it plus 1k service. But after 6 hours of waiting, they only done engine oil changing, magnettrap n alignment. N before they passed me the car, they told me i need to make another appointment(most properly 1 whole day) just to solve the SD card slot. I feel like wrack that fella on the spot.

liquimoly full syn oil? can use own oil at sc? what is ceratec and revo
*
I m using liqui moly 10-40. Revo is kind of engine treatment n ceratec is to reduce friction and wear in engine.

hmm, should have stated in the manual, but why not to have front doors trigger honk if not properly close?
*
That's wat i want to know. I can't find any reason y it is designed as no trigger honk.

Yeah, by using liquimoly product, ur engine will be much quieter and smooth. U will feel the different before 1k(with factory oil) n after 1k service with liquimoly.

Hi guys, just to share some info on crash impact since there are some debates on what happened to the preve, many give assumption n own analysis which are quite subjective.

Really hard to judge the speed of incoming vehicles that crash into another vehicles unless the driver of the incoming vehicles still lives to tell the real story.

But i just can provide a little info that i learned and know. Cant actually argue with many masters n sifus in internet world.

First of all, when proton sending cars to idiada spain to crash test, not only to validate the data of the crash impact(which already done by using simulator n also internal crash test) which need to comply with certain body such as thatcham insurance, euroncap, adr, eec, fmvs n etc ruling, but also to validate fire @ no fire criteria of airbags.

In short, there are thresholds@minimum speed@force requirements for airbags to fire@generally known as deploy, which actually under regulations.

Normally, in g force, any impact at 7 g or more will triger the airbags which if translate into speed around 40kmh(frontal) 30kmh(side)minimum of impact. But it can be as low as 20kmh(frontal) or even 13kmh(side) if the impact coming from a solid barrier@wall or a narrow object such as tree or pole.

Actually, there are risks of airbags if deploy too early or at lower speed which even can cause fatality, and another reason is to reduce cost of repairing when safety belt is enough to protect occupant n airbags deployment aint needed. Thats why there is thatcham low speed angled barrier at 15kmh for airbags no fire criteria validation been created.

As the picture of preve been bang by another vehicle which has been rumoured as a lorry, we can see the side airbags deployed. Judging by that, and its involve 2 vehicles n and both are moving vehicles, presuming same direction,so, atleast 30kmh speed side impact(not vehicle speed, but the force) needed to deploy the side airbags. Eg, vehicle A at speed 60kmh being hit by vehicle B at speed 90kmh which moving at same direction, not opposite direction. Both vehicles speed can be lower than that or higher, but the force must be around 30kmh.

Hopefully this will give all of us a little info on crash test n airbags. Sorry not much on crash unlike many masters n sifus out there on the net. Bye

Recently my preve startup no consistent. Some time have super heartbeat, whole car shaking(serious as old manual car first gear jerking). Sometime minor heartbeats, no significant shaking. Sometime rpm only 400 n slowly go up to idle rpm. Sometime perfect start, rpm go to around 1.5 n drop slowly to idle rpm.

The problem is I need to take leave. N the stupid cose will take 1 whole just to do 1 thing. It is not guarantee that they can completed the job.
I did complaint during my first service, and that fellow just said it is normal n all kind of shit. I just leave it at the time coz it was very very minor. Don feel like taking so much to those sc without any technical knowledge.
I will complaint again during my next service, if they tell me the same shitt, I will just walk into the cat office n make noise.
