Probably the most unimaginative offer. but let the fiber war begin! feels like cut and paste from maxis website. this is unofficial and unannounced though. lets see if they change it prior to launch.

because i was scrutinising maxis's faq and t&c. when come across celcom one see how come so familiar sounding lo.

in the end no use. go see maxis thread. lots of hoo haa

as a benefit of fiber, my celcom broadband gets a great speedup. i am getting 7mbps in some areas!


Added on August 7, 2012, 11:18 amcelcom price is good if you are a existing celcom user and your phonebook is full of celcom numbers. those customers probably are in outskirts and sarawak/sabah
try pull fiber to those area then.

we borneoans may have no FTTH service at the moment but celcom has stakes in Sacofa and Celcom Timur, two dark fiber company who provides internet backbone to all 3g/hspa towers in borneo... if celcom is smart enough, they will utilize both company to provide instant ftth in borneo... dark fibre is available in all towns and most villages...

yup...currently most of celcom site in serawak backhaul already use fiber..
