aiyo bro..this obviously is line problem la..it crash with ur phone.go look at their google play comment.lotsa of ppls compalint about that issues..what i can say is u are one of the unlucky person..how come u can relate it with samsung because of that tiny app since u still can use the mobile data in other way..adui..

format ur phone, deactivate line acc and reinstall see how going on..
