Once unit enter lelong, is like a name and shame thing by the bank and auctioneer. Owner name publish out even in the newspaper.

Joint name purchase. Husband and wife both real estate agents from GS Realty - under V8 Dato Raymond Group.

Is anybody an owner here? I'm interested in getting a unit here. Would like to know how's the property holding up so far. Management, security, build, defects and such, do let me know, thanks!

Maybe you can share yr consideration point in P3, I got myself a unit last year through auction so far unit itself was ok. Heard some units with tiles pop up due to developer workmanship below par also several defects in common areas which JMB together with MO is pursuing with developer.

Believe once those defects are rectify then can bring upward the values here but again as for the rest of area there are lots of new development coming up include from our developer itself clearing the side next to ours for high rise developments

Apparently modus operandi to have their love one front as legitimate tenant which landlord will then face huge surprises when thing went south

Went to a few units and liked it so far, the private lift and the price is the main selling point. As for the development, I believe it doesn't really bother P3 that much because non of the towers are facing that side. I'm looking for a mid level unit at tower 2 or 3, the latter being the one I'm most interested as it's facing the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve.

The overall exterior of P3 might need some rectifications soon but if the JMB and MO is as good as what I've heard, then it's probably fine. But I'd still like more opinions from other owners. It's my first house, so everything's got to check out. 😁

400 - 600, this budget will perhaps only land me condos in Puchong area. So far this property is the one that interests me most, price wise.

You mentioned niggas are a frequent sighting here? Just wanna know cause I'm currently living nearby and their sightings are rare. The few units I viewed are currently rented by high army officials and the units are well maintained, so that's a plus. Navy Captain, Captain and etc
