What other projects by same developer? Just want to be prudent on other projects that cld be at risk
The developer's first ever project was Paragon 202, the 202 units of DSTH which was completed in 2010.The current projects on-going is Paragon 93 and Paragon 129, both are also 93 units and 129 units of DSTH respectively and was told it is suppose to deliver earlier this year but yet.
When Paragon 3 comes into the plan, they appointed Knox Halim as their one stop consultant and marketing firm. Knox Halim marketed their then Paragon 93, the high end 20 x 70 homes and sold fast under WCT Realtors but becomes the full consultant team for their Paragon 3, the high end condo range in SK as well as their upcoming Paragon 456 in the pipeline.
I not sure how is the quality of Paragon 202 and 129, but frankly was told that the workmanship delivered isnt good enough. However, Paragon 93 looks decent with the price tag sold, used good quality materials and different facade, which is way more modern. I not sure of their workmanship on this.
For Paragon 3, which consulted by Knox Halim, you can see the concept and designed was the face lifted from Kiara Residences 2 and Rimba Residence , determining on project concept, security multi tiers and ensure fair prices with similar discount promotion / freebies.
Under Knox, when they previewed their first ever JV project, KR1 in 2010, the buyers also wait about 10-12 months to get their S&P signed although it was almost fully sold, for KR2 the buyers also waited about 8-10 months to signed their S&P even though it had been 80% booked earlier and for Rimba Residence, the buyers waited abt 6-8 to get their S&P signed even though it was close to 90% sold before it launched.
