One of the S&P lawyer as your stakeholder bcz it is consider as you Offer to Purchase from the developer where they cant sell officially bfore they obtained the project AP and DL, hence at this period, dev can do any changes or revise all the selling price if they wish. But unlikely, no worry.

coming back to maintenance fee/numbers, one of the members in our group has completed a calculation on total builtup sq ft of the entire development (collectable).

736,536 sq ft (total all units builtup) @ 20-22 sen workable do you think?
