the script maybe likfe this ( i'm doing this on the pc without flash.. correct me if i was wronf in the script)

agree with dinodog.. u can try to put frame label. try also function gotoAndPlay an gotoAndStop.. both play different role.

fyi.. play() kenot play certain frame label.. only gotoAndPlay( [ frame label } ) can be use in this condition.. in addition if im not mistaken play() is just play.. it cant go to another frame or any frame u specified.

frame 1 - text 1 - the button in frame one contain script nextFrame or gotoAndPlay(2).

frame 2 - text 2 . this frame 2 u hv to put frame script.. not script for the button. the frame script would be [ stop() ] the button script oso same.. nextFrame
