Hey guys,

Have you decided on what your main toon is gonna be for MoP? and why?

I'm still deciding on my shaman (has significant history having raided on her since BC) or priest (enjoyed the caster PoV of raiding in Cata and the ease in which i got full LFR set in 2-3 LFR runs). How ah?

I've unsubbed a while ago. I've raided full time from BC straight up to a good 3~4 months back. I can't say I miss wow. Maybe I raided too much, but in a long shot, cata hadn't been the best raiding xpac for me. It's just... a whole series of bad mismatches. So... how is MoP? Anyone with beta access wanna tell me that?

So far I mostly see positive thread+comment about MOP. For me, the only thing I don't like probably the new talent system. Pet battles quite awesome actually even though copy from pokemon, yet blizz adding new features that can encourage most players to gain as much pets they can and also maybe it something quite nice to do when you are bored with raiding+pvp. I got beta access to MOP but im lazy to download. HaHaha

I've already gotten most of the pets achievements. The ones I didn't get was the ones from TCG.

Got myself a girlfriend and started concentrating on RL after quitting WoW.

Come to think of it, might as well not start on it again. Best of luck for those who's still playing.

SWToR basically killed itself.

WoW went through degradation from late lich king onwards, but that's personal opinion of it. Wanted to see whether or not it's still worth the time to play the game that's all.

I agree the new MOP talent system kinda sucked. I cant believe the developers of the skill tree system in diablo can end up with such pathetic idea in MoP.

Imo i think Cata faired pretty well against WotlK.

Which wotlk was all in all a grind fest and all the point system was so messy back then (more types than the current conqueror/valor/justice points).

Only thing i missed about wotlk is their ulduar style raids and how difficult it was back then. Zero light yogg, firefighter mimi, 50 tries of Anub and H:LK were the definitely the high notes of the expansion.

Cata brings us new mechanics to fight bosses which is refreshing but lack the sense of epicness wotlk has.

I'll still give due credit to H:rag for its ultimate pain in the ass fight pre-nerf. The breaker of all guilds.

Definitely my Spriest for main... although we have to have alts to support main raid progression, so they'll be my DK and mage most probably.

Out of topic a little, I think the current talent system is more fun for spriest at least so now we can chose different talents to conquer raids (luckily no NV stacks reset) rather than the previous cookie cutter spec that SP has to endure since TBC.

Yeah S.priests are pretty powerful in MOP.. in terms of PVP.. Pretty decent control . Thinking of bringing my Spriest from allies to Horde or keeping him allies as a SPY

Feral will be my main anyway.

Actually sp is one of the lowest casters in mop now. The dots had been near fed so bad that in single target dps, boomies beat sp by 30k dps.

i remember once when blizz buff up spriest in early of cata and then nerf it again.

why they no show ret paladin dps? few weeks ago a lot of ppl were happy with the ret changes in beta.too bad yesterday ret got nerfed again *sigh*
