i juz bought ms points sg from qisahn.. but when i want to reedem my ms point. it show Can’t retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Status code: 8016a04b.. aiyaa... cannot reedemkah bcoz im from malaysia..?? membazir je rm75 aku.. or ada solution lain..? me

Try redeem through Xbox.com..? but make sure the url has "en-SG" address perhaps...

If you got error, that means you either got to try again because Xbox Live is having problem or you can just use the website to redeem the code. I find that using the website is easier and faster.

im doing both step. via website n console.. still cannot redeem.. =(

anyone from sg here.. mybe must use sg ip adress...

I don't think it has something to do with IP or location... I use SG account and redeemed on both consoles and website before, the codes can be redeemed, but I didn't get the code from Qisahn before...

Maybe need to just wait for a while..it could be the server got some problem a bit..

I just Googled the error number you mentioned earlier. It seems like that code is not for SG account. Most likely it's for US account.

never had any problem SG reload points. Sometimes its the server thats is mess up.

Me also not have any problem redeeming MS Point (SG) from Play Asia..

Qisahn is known for mislabeling the MS Points region.

they asked me to emailed them via ticket bla bla bla bla until now no response from them.. already bought ms point from heavy arm and redeem already.. never bought frm qisahn again.

So have you emailed them through their support ticket page? Every query I sent through that page get replied quite fast.
