hi, did you guys purchase your nexus from outsiders or straight from telco?

i am interested in this phone, but i found that the price differs very much when comparing umobile's offer and also from lowyat sellers.

lowyat sellers are selling at around 1.3 at the moment while umobile offers 1.8k first payment upon signing up u28 plan

ayam nao confused. please enlighten me

Of course buy from Outside.
Nexus devices price drop very slowwww. When outside sell Nexus S ap set for 1k, Telco still selling them for 2k.
I think it's the same for Galaxy Nexus. Get from outsider brows.gif

wow ok, thanks.
by the way any extra charges upon signing up plans provided if you already have the phone?

Yeah phone will get hot..sometimes really hot when u internet browsing alot.
Stock battery quite suck. What good? Dunno. U have to try it. But what I like the most is not much people know about GNex. They just know SGS2, SGS3 and HTC line up. When the see and play with my GNex, they will ask what model is this? Galaxy Nexus? Tak pernak tahu pun. Lol. Even my officemate who recenlty bought SGS3 prefer my GNex (in terms of design and build material) over his SGS3.

if u are willing to try different rom, kernel, and all the features, this phone is exactly suits u.
for those bosses, they got hell lot of info inside their phone, and running business every seconds, they wont be interested in flashing rom or modding the phone like we all do.
so depend on ur need, if u like to play with these, go for nexus!
yes demand very low, cuz not everyone has the passion like we do!  rclxms.gif

hi guys, i have finally installed the data, followed the 1-click for all step, did the following step;

3- go Here and download Factory Images "yakju" for Galaxy Nexus "maguro" (GSM/HSPA+) or just save this yakju

from the guide infront.

but when i want to install it using rom manager, it couldnt find the file because it is in zip file, then i tried to extract everything in the rar file and added it to zip then put it back to internal storage download folder.

i re-ran the process from rom manager, wipe date, cache, then install zip.

but the installing process has aborted but idk why. enlighten me please?

may i ask, is it possible to customise the firmware to max out the battery life?

and also, do different custom firmwares have different features?
what are the examples?
