Edit: That's why my guides in HTC Hero thread last time got many pictures. Easier to digest. Unfortunately the guides are outdated and the pictures are gone.
That is why Gnex Toolkit xda thread has this, people just too lazy to surf there and keep asking.
There are people who just doesn't want to do it themselves and rather pay, I guess at least he is there when such people need the service. I don't see why not do so while earning some income. At least he's offering his service. If everyone can read and do it themselves, then he will go out of business anyway. If there's a market there will be someone capitalizing on it.
Instead of harassing his thread, or being angry at him, I think it is better to take action yourself. I guess the only and best way to make him go out of business is to open another thread there and offer the service for free, IF you're really so noble.
I agree with you, we are offering our help here for free all the time but there are still some people (like new android users) just too afraid to do themselves... maybe letting other people flash is the easier/faster way.

Well all righty then! Its a GO then.. HHmm.. what do you mean by this in step 11 & 12?? Isnt the phone already connected in step 9?
Nvm that. Just boot into fastboot mode and let driver install.
Any setting required? Until now Google Now still doesn't know my workplace or home p/s: Heartache to see LCW lost, especially when his tears drop standing on the podium
If can't detect, you can manually key in your home/work in latitude app or web google map
Hi, I just bought this phone and was playing with Papago installed by the seller and when i checked my bill amount suddenly my bill went over my credit limit.
Does anyone know why my bill went up because i thought papago does not get involve with mobile data or did something run on the background which i did not aware off?
Any tips/apps should i install to disable this background mobile data thingy as i don't plan to take monthly data plan, only daily data plan at the moment?
If you got grey icon all the time, it is impossible to get any data at all!
Btw, if you don't plan to use any data/MMS, you can ask your provider to disable it from their end, so you don't need t afraid anymore even after flashing ROMs and restoring from Google.
