- UTUSAN

I'm sure 70% will be bikers since they always beat the red light. Maybe 30% will be drivers as some also beat the red light.

No. Get a lorry, remove number plate and other markings. Tint windscreen to 100%. Wear ski mask and bang the camera and sapu everything. Take it to a electronic wiz and see how it works.

now pictures and what not need to be manually downloaded and processed.

this all are linked together and immediately entered into database, also more fixed cameras everywhere not just speeding but also emergency lane abuse, using handphone, stopping in yellow box

btw AES system will work because for every picture taken and the driver pays up the summon the company that installed this will get a certain amount of $$$...and JPJ didn't pay a single sen to get all of this camera operated....

AES also works in a low-light condition with its 11MP camera (see the attached document in paultan about AES)

No problem with any kind of headlights. It will be post-processed in an instance (see the sample images at night where actually all the three cars beyond speed limit are with headlights turned on...the image post processing should able to filter strong intensity/brightness).

- Sistem penguatkuasaan yang selamat, kerahsiaan, integriti dankesediaan (24 jam). Mampu beroperasi 24X 7 X 360 siang danmalam dalam semua keadaan cuaca.

- Tanpa campur tangan manusia.

it doesn't look like the the headlights are on from the night photos before post processing.
with headlights on, i believe the exposure will go haywire and 11MP doesn't mean it can take better night photos.
just my guess from photography experience unless if this piece of camera is really state of the art.
