We shud do inhouse game to determine the player in which team (who u play comfortable with  )if thats what u mean in option 2 then yes.

train urself get to know each other only we start tourney

Yeah as i edy know most ppl still no team and keep play alone so
this is a great chance to stick up those ppl into 1 team and let them organized themself

Not everyone can play every role. If you random pick people for a team, what if none of them know how to play support or ward even. Or if the person don't wanna play support but has to because the entire team doesn't know how to.

I'm all for this, but some restrictions need to be enforced to ensure fairness. If i may suggest the following:
1. Only holders of LYN accounts older than 6 months are allowed to participate.
2. Accounts are tired to Steam IDs. Each registered player is allowed to use only his/her own ID (declared upon registration), to prevent spoofing.
With respect to ensuring the teams are balanced, maybe we can rank players based on their win/loss ratio and assign teams evenly?
