if you spare roughly about RM400-500, there's a plenty to choose from like LS2, SOL, HJC.. but don't expect too high lah since that price range can only get you entry-level ones. forget Arai & Shoei, their so-called "entry level" are all above RM1k

just saying lah. hehehe. yes, that kind of price does give you better offerings, but I think most of them are European brands

so-so lah.. if it's the older, bulkier model, the comfort level and noise level is not that good. okay for a first timer who wants to get a feel on riding with fullface helmets, but not that good for long riding. the newer, slimmer model have better comfort, and noise reduction. price is around RM300. can easily get at local shops. a friend of mine got his for about RM280 from a shop in Sek.7 Shah Alam..

just for info. the "older" LS2 flip up that I mentioned before is FF369 Delta, look like this:



while the later model is FF386, looks like this:

older LS2s is not that good I would say, since I once owned a FF369 Delta.. the FF386 however looks better built. only wears the the LS2 for a few months before selling it off and get the K-3 Celebr8.

but now I just sold off my K-3........

I'm not sure about Italian made ones but as far as I know (from online reviews) K-3s are made in China. they are entry level AGVs though

RM80 is still reasonable compared to kena ketuk twice the actual price

entry level/lower mid-range made in China.. higher mid-range dengan high-end je masih buat kat negara asal

so far semahal2 dan semurah2 Arai & Shoei masih lagi made in Japan..

got many negative feedbacks. some say your bike nothing problem but the pomen sez your bike rosak here and there need to change this and that bla bla. those who dunno much will sure kena ketuk

owned a K-3 Celebr8 before. quite okay, but I find it quite troublesome to the ears since it doesn't have ear pockets on the cheek padding. either you wear a buff, or need to "adjust" your ears with your fingers each time you're wearing it

ventilation is good, especially on the front vent. careful with the chin curtain though. many cases that small thing flew away while riding

depends on condition. what else you get for that price? just sold off my Celebr8 for RM500, with everything except the box and with addition of original dark visor

if the dark visor is original then I think quite okay lah, since the original dark visor alone costs about RM250

I had only one fullface helmet, and that's the one I already sell off. waiting for a my new one now
