Actually yes. A 600cc in the hands of an inexperienced rider is just asking for trouble. Nonetheless, i think that a 250cc like the ninja or the cbr would be a good training bike which you can easily handle and learn. 2nd hand are pretty cheap nowadays. if u want u can get er6n, er6f, cb 400 /500 /600 or xj6 first. it has 600 cc but lesser power.
