i have sensitive skin with oily at my T-zone, sometimes rashes will come out on my face especially on my cheek(little2 bumps surrounded by red area),
it took me almost 1 week to get rid of the rashes, i usually used bedak sejuk to reduce heat on my face,
then my face will become dry, super dry with flaky skin and scars
btw im 20s,malay with fair skin tone

i've already tried many skincare product such as:

olay(rashes come out)
etude house ac clinic(try it because i tot rashes is acne/pimples)
nutox(try because its paraben free-didnt irritate my skin but make my skin darker)
bio-essence(nothing change)
sebamed(rashes come out)
and many more(cant even remember)

one product that help me is avene but it is expensive for a student like me (like rm100 above for one bottle)

so here i need your help to suggest a good skincare product that suitable for sensitive skin like me
but that product must be available for a student like me to buy(rm50 for moisturizer still can consider)
im tired of buying skincare that didnt give any improvement to my skin and irritate/worse my skin condition

or maybe a home remedies that can reduce my sensitive rashes dry skin and oily t-zone

please share your experience

thank you

I would suggest that you go see a dermatologist and get their professional opinions for once.

i already see a doctor(not a dermatologist) and he said that it is heat rash or maybe im allergy to something,
but as i know, i did not have allergy to any food, so it is heat rash
i think he is right because this rashes only appear when my face become sensitive to hot weather,
that is why i put bedak sejuk and sometimes ice cube on my face to reduce the heat, but my face become dry after that sad.gif

i did not see any dermatologist because i heard they will cost us a lot sweat.gif

Same here, mine is considered as super sensitive until the extent that couldnt consume seafood, no chrysanthemum tea, no apple, no banana, no preserved food etc. Then i think it would be better if you go for facial and seeking advice from dermatologist?
or else, you can try consulting a doctor, whereby he/she will provide you medicine or tablets instead of the cream products for treating sensitive skin, and will get to see the results after few weeks of consumption,if not mistaken. and i heard of this from others, and i think there's one in bangsar?

I see. Yea, dermatologists can cost quite a lot sometimes. But sometimes it's worth it to pay a visit to them for their advice as we won't know how to diagnose our skin ourself.

For the past few months, I have been having very dry skin as well. I use Cetaphil so sometimes when I buy it, it'll come with the moisturizer for dry and sensitive skin. I've been using their moisturizer for a month now and I find it really good actually. Maybe you can try it.

I also go for facial once every 1 or 2 months. The last time I went, it did cure my dry skin but only for about a week then turn back to dry again.

Sometimes at home, I'll use those highly moisturizing essence oil or Egyptian Magic Cream (which is also oil based). But I don't really like to wear it out cause I find it a bit too rich and oily. However, it does moisturize the skin quickly and doesn't cause any break outs on my skin.

yeah, I also doesn't like using cream that is too rich and oily, its make my face feel grassy and not comfortable with it, feel like my skin cant breath. Cetaphil sound trustworthy, will search reviews about it..tq

ladies..go search on the net for chinese medic. acnes on certain part of your face indicates problems you have with certain part of your organ and of course, habit. nothing to do with sensitive skin if only certain part...unless whole face or only on where you apply new product or something...
