The Upper Management = The Asian guy who eats (perks, fat salary) and poops on someone beneath him (the underlings)
Junior/Mid Management = The position I'm in*. The guys and girls who forced to eat the upper managements poop but gets to poop on their own underlings
Foot soldiers/kuli = The guys and girls forced to eat their supervisor's poop but don't get to poop on others. Kesian.

There you have it. I work for a company belonging to A Close and Famous Friend of A (Still Powerful) Former PM.

* Junior/Mid Management not easy. Like today, have to put up with patronising and dismissive attitude of a fella from Upper Management. That fella, in turn, got long and loud lectures from his boss. And I in turn demand my underling do this and that without sharing my knowledge.
