well... like the italians said... good olive oil is good for health... if it's good for health.. it must be damn good for your bearings...

put some quality jamie oliver extra virgin olive oil on your bearings and it shall spin like the earth has no gravity...
user posted image

while you are at it.. you can have a couple of chuggs like tom cruise does... do it like a man they say...
user posted image

if you can find the special extra extra virgin.. even better.. this are the first press of the sweet olives by a certified virgin between her you know what... it's extra extra virgin olive oil... superly hard to find... even jamie olivers chin will fall to the floor if he ever sees a bottle of it...

i think astroglide might be better...

real pleasure lasts longer... having to re-apply once in a while is very potong stimming...and it keeps the bearings moist too... not sure wat for.. but it does...

i even located the seller for you..
http://list.lelong.com.my/Auc/List/List.as...d=&PriceUBound=

but the small 4ml packs only...

there is always ebay if you are not scared the customs officer open the bottle for a trial run first sweat.gif

Added on November 14, 2012, 5:33 pmsome fun facts about astroglide...

QUOTE
The inventors of Astroglide, Daniel Wray and Erich Drafahl,[1] formulated it while working on the cooling system of a space shuttle at Edwards Air Force Base in 1977. Dan Wray said he was "trying to remove the oil from anhydrous ammonia and I ended up with this substance". This association with aerospace was responsible for the name of the brand. The name "Astroglide" was originally licensed to a small company in North Hollywood (in 1982). When the company failed in 1991, Wray was able to regain the rights to the name.[2]

Hi, new here, I did a little cycling recently, only confine to BSD, and never had a stretch of flats over here. My biggest challenge so far is hilly condo area for those from DPC can come over and have a go, and compare that with DPC.
It always my idea to try out Genting Sempah which I heard of, like to try but not sure if I can surmount the terrain or manage scope tarmac with my ear.
Maybe I should try DPC first and get some tips from the Tai Kor over there, what are the usual time and day of the week?

1st time experiencing sidewind so heavy that I'm swaying every time I pedal my bike..even on a low prof weel like FR0...gusty wind riding in the desert..

Tailwind oth was a good help. Cruising on a flat route at 50-51kmh easily without breaking a sweat. And that was without drafting anyone..cooool.

Willier cento 1 sr came to my mind again tongue.gif
Any other good aero bikes recommendation?. Haha
